Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

• Develop detailed Gantt charts for active and upcoming new product addition projects
• Confirm task durations, dependencies, and milestones with R&D, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Marketing, and other task owners
• Maintain and update Gantt charts weekly and track project status
• Identify slippages, bottlenecks, risks, issues, and interdependencies; escalate concerns and persistent roadblocks
• Coordinate day-to-day execution and cross-functional project deliverables
• Track action items, documentation readiness, stakeholder feedback, requirements, and project changes
• Monitor resource and bandwidth conflicts and recommend allocation adjustments
• Prepare weekly progress reports and present schedule updates and critical-path adjustments to management
• Maintain project documentation, repositories, records, charters, launch documentation, and meeting records
• Gather, analyze, and present project, product, commercial, operational, survey, and stakeholder data
• Monitor monthly sales performance and support promotional activities with sales reports
• Attend and lead cross-functional project meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and follow up on commitments
• Maintain project governance standards and improve planning methods, templates, and workflows
• Support Product Managers with product development documentation, specifications, and lifecycle deliverables
• Support project closeout, post-launch activities, lessons learned, outcome tracking, and closure records
• Support campaign execution by coordinating activities and monitoring progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• One (1) to two (2) years of project management experience within manufacturing, product management, or life sciences
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent Gantt-based planning tools
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to identify interdependencies and risks early
