Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee cross-sector projects, coordinating teams, budgets, and timelines. You will analyze feasibility, develop action plans, and guide change management while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, a solid background in project management, and fluency in French to collaborate with diverse stakeholders within Quebec, Canada.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct material, time, IT and human resources on cross-sector projects to meet objectives on time and on budget.
• Analyze project feasibility and opportunities.
• Develop action plans and define milestones.
• Coordinate project teams and contributors delivering application and technology components.
• Supervise contributors and ensure team performance and quality control.
• Coordinate deliverables and ensure agreements, budgets and timelines are respected.
• Ensure availability of technology platforms needed to deliver projects and operate solutions after delivery.
• Analyze risks and impacts and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage change requests, solution testing and implementation strategy with the project leader.
• Ensure availability of the application layer of infrastructure platforms.
• Serve as specialist and lead teams and decision-making bodies.
