• Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements, and monitor and order supplies.
• Train kitchen staff.
• Specialize in preparing and cooking ethnic cuisine or special dishes.

• SEASONS IN THE PARK – Queen Elizabeth Park at W 33 rd Ave at Cambie St., Vancouver, V5Y2M5 – $20.00 to $26.00/hour, fulltime, 30–35 hours/week. Permanent.
• THE SANDBAR SEAFOOD RESTAURANT – 1535 Johnston St., Vancouver BC V6H3R9 – $20.00 to $26.00/hour, fulltime, 30–35 hours/week. Permanent.
