Otter Co-op is hiring a Part-Time Cook at our Angry Otter Tap and Forno in North Vancouver, BC.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, season, and cook meals promptly.
• Follow dietary restrictions and special requests.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Manage food inventories and storage.
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Assist in kitchen operations and restocking.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Contribute to team values of Integrity, Community, and Excellence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a full-service restaurant is a plus.
• Food Safe Level 1 certification preferred.
• Knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and team orientation.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to a safe working environment.
• Availability for day and evening shifts, including travel to other locations as needed.
