Responsibilities

• Follows recipes, checks portions, garnishes and presents dishes as ordered.
• Maintain proper kitchen setup and station at each shift; manage orders and stock.
• Handle, store and rotate stored products properly.
• Set up, maintain and clean equipment and machines.
• Ensure stock, cutting and storage of perishable goods daily.
