Job summary

Germain Hotels in Ontario, Canada, is seeking a skilled cook to support our kitchen team with food preparation, cooking, and processing under the guidance of the executive chef. Working hours are from 3PM to closing, and you will contribute to a fast-paced, hospitality-focused kitchen.

You will perform prep tasks, washing, peeling, and cutting; ensure proper segmentation, assembly, and storage; and uphold our quality standards.

Qualifications

• Professional diploma in institutional cooking.
• Two years of relevant restaurant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain quality and efficiency.
• Autonomy, adaptability, and responsibility.
