Job summary

Altis Technology in Mississauga, ON, is seeking a Conversational AI Engineer for a 6-month contract to help design and build AI-powered employee experiences across HR, IT, and security teams.

You will work across the full solution lifecycle from discovery to deployment, integrating ServiceNow and Moveworks, writing prompts and workflows, and ensuring scalable, secure AI solutions that improve information access for staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in conversational AI, AI engineering, platform engineering, ServiceNow engineering, software engineering, or a related technical role.
• Experience building conversational AI, virtual agents, chatbots, copilots, or AI-powered employee experiences.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, context engineering, RAG, vector or semantic search, and AI application design.
• Experience with ServiceNow architecture and ideally Moveworks configuration or implementation.
• Experience with JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, enterprise integrations, identity management, security, OAuth, and SSO.
• Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Search, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, or similar technologies is an asset.
