• 5+ years IT project management experience across enterprise programs or multi-workstream initiatives.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $1M with cross-functional teams in regulated environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot implementations or enterprise AI rollouts.
• Hands-on Planview experience including resource administration, reporting and project financial management.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall methodologies with budgets, forecasts and vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication; licensing/adoption reporting experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP/ PMI-ACP/ CSM/ SAFe or M365/AI certifications are assets.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience, including 5+ years managing enterprise technology programs or complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
• Proven experience managing projects exceeding $1M involving multiple teams within healthcare or other regulated environments.
• Experience delivering or supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot implementations or enterprise AI rollouts.
• Hands-on experience with Planview or a comparable PPM tool, including resource administration, reporting and project financial management.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall methodologies, with experience managing budgets, forecasts and vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, executive communication and change leadership skills, with Microsoft 365 licensing, administration or adoption reporting experience considered an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist or Microsoft 365/AI certifications are assets.
