  • AI Steering Committee Partnership: Collaborate with executive leadership and the AI Committee to define strategy, establish responsible AI guidelines, and drive adoption.
  • Tool Evaluation & Advisory: Continually research, test, and benchmark emerging AI platforms (ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, etc.), clearly articulating the pros, cons, costs, risks, and business value to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Process Mapping & Use Case Identification: Meet with departmental leaders to map workflows, identify manual bottlenecks, and recommend practical AI/automation solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with our internal Data & Automation team (2 specialists) to design, build, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, prompts, templates, and low-code agents.
  • Enablement & Change Management: Conduct hands‑on training sessions and develop standardized playbooks to empower employees across departments to safely and effectively leverage approved AI tools.
  • Impact Tracking: Monitor tool adoption, track measurable time savings, evaluate ROI, and maintain a centralized inventory of AI platforms in use across the enterprise.

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Proven ability to influence stakeholders, present complex technical concepts in plain business terms, and clearly explain past project outcomes to executive leadership.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to analyze operational workflows across varied sectors (e.g., retail, real estate leasing, franchising operations, finance) and translate challenges into practical AI applications.
  • Technical & Automation Awareness: Familiarity with workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, or scripting (e.g., Power Automate, n8n, APIs) to interface effectively with data automation engineers.
