Job summary

Altis Technology in Mississauga, Ontario, is seeking a Conversational AI Business Analyst for a 6-month contract with potential to convert to permanent. Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days on-site near Meadowvale and Mississauga Road.

You will shape an AI-powered employee experience platform by partnering with HR, IT and product teams, turning workplace challenges into intuitive digital solutions across ServiceNow, Moveworks and related technologies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience gathering enterprise technology requirements and translating to user stories and features.
• Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management and prioritization.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Moveworks or related digital workplace tech is preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems workflows is an asset.
• Knowledge of conversational AI, generative AI or agentic AI is preferred.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and map employee journeys.
• Translate business needs into features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog refinement, MVP definition, release planning and prioritization with the Product Owner.
• Design employee experiences spanning HR self-service, payroll, benefits, onboarding, IT support and task automation.
• Identify opportunities to apply conversational AI and agentic workflows to improve productivity.
• Analyze adoption, usage and feedback to identify friction points and improvements.
• Provide guidance or leadership to team members as the platform expands.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Conversational AI Business Analyst to help shape and expand an AI-powered employee experience platform within a large, complex organization. Youll work at the intersection of business needs, employee experience and technology, helping turn real workplace challenges into intuitive digital solutions.

Working closely with HR, IT, product, engineering and other corporate teams, youll support the implementation and evolution of conversational AI experiences across ServiceNow, Moveworks and related digital workplace technologies. Your work will directly influence how employees access information, complete tasks and interact with internal services.

Your Responsibilities

• Youll partner with HR, IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops and map current and future-state employee journeys.
• Youll translate business needs into features, user stories, acceptance criteria and measurable success outcomes.
• Youll support backlog refinement, MVP definition, release planning and prioritization alongside the Product Owner.
• Youll design employee experiences spanning HR self-service, payroll, benefits, onboarding, IT support, knowledge retrieval and task automation.
• Youll identify opportunities to apply conversational AI, generative AI and agentic workflows to improve employee productivity and experience.
• Youll analyze adoption, usage and employee feedback to identify friction points and recommend enhancements.
• You may provide guidance or leadership to team members as the function and platform expand.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, Digital Experience Analyst or similar.
• Strong experience gathering enterprise technology requirements and translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria and product features.
• Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, prioritization and cross‑functional product or technology teams.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Moveworks, employee experience platforms or other digital workplace technologies is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with HR systems and HR, IT or Employee Services workflows is an asset.
• Knowledge of conversational AI, virtual agents, copilots, generative AI or agentic AI capabilities is preferred.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills.
