Altis Recruitment is partnering with a values-driven national non-profit organization to hire a hands-on Controller for a newly created position. This is an opportunity to join an organization during a period of change and help strengthen and stabilize its day-to-day finance operations.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, you'll serve as a senior operational resource for the finance team, taking ownership of core accounting and reporting activities while supporting programs operating within a funding-based environment. You'll work closely with Finance Coordinators, Program Managers, and organizational leadership to strengthen reporting, processes, controls, and overall financial operations.
You'll step into a role where your expertise can have an immediate impact. You'll have the opportunity to bring structure to a growing finance function, work closely with an experienced Director of Finance, and contribute to a mission-driven organization that values collaboration, respect, and teamwork.
