The Contracts Manager supports the Contracts function for Teledyne Digital Imaging ("TDI"), overseeing TDI’s machine vision and scientific camera business units worldwide.
This role involves drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts for TDI, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, laws, regulations, and corporate policies of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated.
The Contracts Manager collaborates closely with Sales and Marketing, Operations/Program Management, and Procurement to support contract implementation with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
This position requires strong relationship management, initiative, and the ability to drive matters to conclusion efficiently. The role reports to the Director, Contracts & Legal, and involves domestic and international travel. The preferred location is at a North American Teledyne office, with hybrid work arrangements considered.
$66,800.00 - $89,100.00
