The Contingent Labour Office’s (CLO) mandate is to partner with the business to enable an expedited and customer-centric positive approach to engaging external resources. This involves balancing the commercial needs of the business with mitigating risk to the firm. This mandate is achieved by:
Location: Anywhere in Canada considered; virtual work opportunity (1-2 days in office per month may be required for meetings).
What You Will Do
Reporting to the Leader of the Contract Labour Office (CLO), the Contract Manager will execute processes and solve challenges related to external resources, handling over 1000+ external resources per year across all functions and locations in Canada. Responsibilities include:
The candidate's responsibilities include case management, continuous improvement projects, and miscellaneous tasks such as responding to inquiries, reporting, and education. Requirements include a relevant degree, 5+ years of experience in contract labor or contingent workforce management, experience with third-party agreements, and proficiency with MS Office and VMS tools.
