Job description

FutureSight is a leading venture studio that co-creates B2B AI SaaS companies with values-driven entrepreneurs from inception to exit. We are a team of founders, operators, and designers with experience successfully bringing software to market at scale. More information can be found on our website.

This role is focused on building and optimizing FutureSight Venture’s owned and earned digital marketing channels targeting two audiences. You will be a key player in executing strategy across web, social, email, SEO, and PR to elevate brand awareness and drive qualified traffic.

We’re looking for a digital marketer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience and a strong track record of creating compelling content within financial services, venture capital, or the broader investment industry. You will work with the Head of Marketing to execute and implement a comprehensive Owned & Earned marketing strategy aligned with FutureSight’s overall business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and execution of engaging content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, and white papers, both written and video-based.
  • Execute organic social media strategy, including calendaring and postings on LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email design, and A/B testing.
  • Manage and optimize our website and backlinking to improve user experience, SEO performance, and conversion rates.
  • Execute video marketing, including creative development, editing, and publishing.
  • Create engaging creative assets to support content and branding efforts.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of owned & earned campaigns, identifying key metrics and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on owned & earned channels.
  • 3+ years of experience with B2B content marketing, social media, video marketing, email marketing, SEO principles, and best practices.
  • Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills, with domain experience in finance, investment, and/or venture capital.
  • Experience with Hubspot, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in English.
