Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage customer orders from contract signing through initial invoicing.
• Ensure orders meet company guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Verify adherence to internal controls and revenue policies.
• Support sales teams with legally valid and compliant orders.
• Enter equipment orders into company systems accurately.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to confirm availability and delivery.
• Prepare and manage operational reports; support invoice submissions and PO reviews.
• Collaborate with internal departments and customers to resolve issues.
