Job summary

Homewood Health is seeking registered mental health professionals for occasional, contract-based counselling through EFAP services in Canada. You’ll deliver short-term, solution-focused support to clients addressing depression, anxiety, workplace issues, and relationships.

Role requires registration, 3+ years’ experience, liability insurance, and ability to counsel in English or French. Flexibility to work on a contract basis, with competitive compensation and access to professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counselling or Bachelor of Social Work with registration and counselling experience.
• Registered with a provincial regulatory college or body.
• At least 3 years counselling or related experience.
• EFAP experience is an asset.
• Liability insurance coverage of $2,000,000 or more.
• Ability to provide services in English or French.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, solution-focused counselling for a range of concerns.
• Support adults, couples, families and children as needed.
• Maintain professional standards and best practices.
• Engage in clinical consultation with management as required.
