Qualifications

• Master's level degree in counselling-related field and active registration with the relevant governing body.

Responsibilities

• Deliver EFAP services including confidential counselling, case management, direct clinical services, and assessments.
• Receive case assignments, establish treatment plans, and complete case progress notes.
• Develop service plans with each client under supervision.
• Provide after-hours crisis calls services as required.
