Job summary

Homewood Health™ Stay at Work EFAP is seeking registered mental health professionals for in-person, occasional contract work in the Sarnia, ON area. You will provide short-term, solution-oriented counseling for adults, couples, families and children, adhering to best practices and engaging in clinical consultation as needed.

Requirements include a Master’s in counselling or a Bachelor of Social Work with registration, 3 years of experience, and proficiency in English or French.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in counselling or a related field or a Bachelor of Social Work with registration and counselling experience.
Registration/clinical membership with a regulatory college or body in your province of practice.
3 years of experience in counselling, social services, or addiction service settings.

Responsibilities

Provide short-term, solution-oriented counseling for issues such as depression, anxiety, workplace challenges and stress management.
Work with adults, couples, families and children in counselling.
Adhere to professional standards and best practices; engage in clinical consultation as required.
