Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus on process improvements across various departments and recommend best practices as instructed.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Develop and maintain policies, processes, procedures, and related documents. Review quality manuals and implementation procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and commitments.
2. Plan and execute audit activities, including scheduling, planning, reporting, and resolving findings.
3. Conduct internal audits of offices, projects, and jobsites, ensuring compliance with Parsons standards, contract requirements, and applicable codes. Manage follow-up activities.
4. Facilitate process improvement plans using appropriate tools and systems to achieve financial and non-financial goals.
5. Manage continuous improvement activities within projects, including implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
6. Provide training to staff and transfer knowledge to clients and others as needed.
7. Apply Business Process Modeling and Re-engineering methodologies for ongoing and future procedures. Collaborate with management on quality activities involving internal and external stakeholders.
8. Perform other responsibilities as appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

1. Certified Quality Manager
2. Certified Lead Auditor
3. Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 10+ years of relevant experience. Certified Process Professional preferred.
