The ideal candidate has significant experience in the service sector and holds a Green Belt certification. The position is primarily remote with occasional in-person workshops in Montreal.

Job Description

The Continuous Improvement Consultant (Lean Six Sigma) contributes to developing a continuous improvement culture based on a Lean approach and supports organizational objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Assist teams in problem definition, data analysis, waste identification, optimization opportunities, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and value delivery;
  • Support management in understanding processes to measure and monitor performance; contribute to organizing, planning, and coordinating service offerings that improve access, efficiency, human capital, and service quality;
  • Review process models based on agreed-upon improvements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in continuous improvement/optimization of business processes, including two (2) years in the service sector;
  • Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 process modeling;
  • Green Belt / Lean Six Sigma Certification;
  • As a Green Belt, at least three (3) years of practical Lean experience.
