Job summary

You will work under the Senior Manager, Training & Development to deliver multi-media content aligned with corporate strategy. Ideal candidates have a finance-related degree or equivalent experience, 2–10 years in financial services, and strong skills in MS Office and digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field or equivalent 2+ years in financial services.
• 2–10 years’ financial services experience in a high growth environment.
• Experience in a customer-facing role and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, attend, and contribute to weekly team meetings to build Training Development capabilities.
• Analyze internal processes to improve efficiency and manage risk.
• Create, update, and maintain intranet content and training materials.
