Job summary

MPI is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead a 200+ unit hotel renovation in London, Ontario. You will coordinate daily site activities and manage subcontractors and trades to keep the project on schedule.

You will review drawings, interpret specs, plan work sequences, and ensure safe, high‑quality delivery. You’ll monitor progress, coordinate deliveries, and resolve on‑site issues to maintain momentum.

Qualifications

• Experience as an ICI general contractor site superintendent.
• Experience overseeing commercial renovations; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials and daily site activities.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications for site planning.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing and site coordination best practices.
• Strong communication with project contacts and site teams.
