Job summary

Michael Page (Canada) is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead pre-construction, budgeting, scheduling and delivery for commercial building projects in Ontario. You will coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage complex scopes and ensure client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires strong ICI experience, proven PM capabilities across stages, and excellent communication with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial building projects within an ICI general contractor or construction management setting.
• Strong pre-construction knowledge, including project planning and scope review and project scheduling.
• Experience preparing and reviewing construction estimates.
• Proven project management capability across multiple stages of construction delivery.
• Ability to coordinate project participants and manage competing project priorities.
• Clear communication skills for working with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
