Job summary

Michael Page in Toronto is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring work aligns with design, budget and schedule. You will plan, schedule, direct and control daily site activities, supervise subcontractors and staff, and run safety briefings.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of ICI site leadership on institutional, commercial or industrial projects, including interior fit-outs, new builds and renovations from $100k to $5 million.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of construction leadership experience as a Site Supervisor on ICI projects.
• Experience in Institutional, Commercial, Industrial renovations and new builds.
• Experience with interior fit-outs, new builds and renovations from $100k to $5 million in value.
• Strong ability to plan, schedule, organize, direct and control construction projects.
• Ability to oversee subcontractors and conduct safety meetings.
