Job summary

EllisDon Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction from pre-construction through completion in Edmonton. You will manage design coordination, budgets, and schedules while guiding a large project team and maintaining strong client relations.

The role requires collaboration with Owners, Architects and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery. You will lead project meetings, monitor cost reports, and escalate risks to the Area Manager as needed, ensuring accurate

Qualifications

• Three+ years of construction project management experience.
• Knowledge of scheduling, budgeting and contract software.
• Ability to mentor and lead a large team while maintaining client relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion including design, coordination, budget, and schedule.
• Prepare regular, timely billings for Owners, and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings.
• Meet with Owners and Architects in a professional manner and communicate concerns and best interests.
• Monitor, interpret and forecast cost reports to maintain cash flow and align with estimates.
