Qualifications

• Construction or engineering degree, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 10+ years of mechanical and electrical construction experience.
• Experience working on Design‑Build projects.
• Background in automotive or industrial projects.
• Strong working knowledge of current MEP systems, principles, and best practices.
• Able to proactively identify issues or conflicts and lead teams through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage project’s MEP staff from conception through turnover.
• Support project team through preconstruction activities to ensure procurement alignment.
• Recommend and implement alternate procurement strategies.
• Provide constructability reviews and value engineering.
• Coordinate scheduling, interface and risk management for MEP staff and project team.
• Ensure proper coordination of all on-site MEP activities and RFI/shop drawings.
• Support commissioning activities and define roles within the construction team.
