Insight Global is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a commercial construction client. You will assist Project Managers and Site Superintendents from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring accurate information and documentation across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in a commercial construction environment, experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement logs, and strong MS Office skills. Growth toward a Project Manager role is highlighted.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in commercial construction.
• Experience supporting commercial projects and working with a General Contractor.
• Knowledge of construction lifecycles from preconstruction to closeout.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Site Superintendents throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation, coordinate RFIs and submittals.
• Support procurement activities and track schedules and budgets.
• Assist with contract documentation and project reporting.
