Job summary

Clark Builders in Yellowknife is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Manager(s) and the Superintendent across Northwest Territories projects. You will help monitor project plans, schedules, and organize stakeholder meetings to ensure deadlines are met.

This role requires clear communication, strong organizing skills, and a collaborative mindset. Responsibilities include tendering support, RFI/submittal handling, and QA/QC upkeep, with attention to safety, lean practices, and timely

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction.
Experience as Project Coordinator in commercial, industrial or institutional construction is an asset.
Experience with Procore and Last Planner System is an asset.
Experience with collaborative pull planning is an asset.
Familiarity with various construction contracts is an asset.
Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Assist with project startups including tendering, bid evaluations, subcontract prep, and permit applications.
Support project execution with RFIs, Site Instructions, submittals, change requests and change orders.
Assist in project closeout activities: inspections, owner training, O&M manuals, punch lists, and utility closeout.
Maintain QA/QC plan integrity.
Facilitate, record and distribute meeting minutes; follow up on actions.
Track productivity and basic project accounting.
