Job summary

CGI Constructors in Toronto is seeking a Project Coordinator to organize and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring schedules, specs, and budgets are met.

You will compile and maintain project documentation, support planning and monitoring, and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or university degree in construction management preferred or equivalent.
• Experience using Procore is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and project budget.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation with attention to detail.
• Support project management in planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Attend project team meetings, record and distribute meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure materials and equipment availability.
