Job summary

Eastern Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide high‑level administrative support to the project team in the Greater Toronto Area. You will review and log shop drawings, implement and maintain change notice procedures and an RFI log within project management software.

You will also prepare and maintain an accurate procurement schedule with input from the Project Manager, Superintendent, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/ diploma in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology/ Architecture or Construction Management.
• 3–5 years of prior coordination experience in construction.
• Strong documentation and procurement process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Risk management and cost controls; maintain budgets and change orders.
• Prepare and review price changes; support PMO requirements.
• Review and log shop drawings, RFIs, and change notices.
• Prepare and maintain procurement schedule with input from PM, Superintendent, and subs.
• Attend meetings; record minutes and track actions.
