ASCO Construction Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the project execution team in Canada. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within budget and schedule constraints.

You will support on-site and off-site activities and manage RFIs, RFQs, submittals, and documentation. The position requires a college/university degree in construction or engineering, at least five years of coordination experience, and strong skills in MS Office and scheduling tools such

• College or University degree in Construction or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of construction project coordination experience for a general contractor.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the project team with on-site and off-site coordination and project support.
• Manage RFIs and RFQs and track submittals and documentation.
• Assist with pricing of Change Requests and with procurement of materials and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera; ensure deadlines are met.
• Support quality control and QA activities on site and manage closeout documentation.
