Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a Territory Manager for the Stoney Creek Construction & Forestry location. The TM will grow customer relationships in the defined area to increase sales and rental revenue of New and Used Wholegoods, and participate in opportunities across Brandt divisions.

The role requires knowledge of heavy equipment users, strong communication, and a proactive sales mindset. Travel and bilingual skills are assets; Brandt offers growth and team support.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and knowledge of heavy equipment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel; driver's license and passport required.
• Bilingual English/French considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• New account creation and development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Develop a comprehensive sales pipeline of opportunities.
• Promote & sell all types of New & Used Wholegoods assigned to role.
• Promote rental and rental purchase of New and Used Wholegoods.
• Understand and apply Machine and Company Feature, Advantage, Benefit statements to drive sales.
• Deliver continuous prospecting activity and development of new accounts.
• Keep current on product knowledge and industry models.
• Actively participate in and promote Brandt during industry events as required.
• Maintain accurate records of Sales activities, Customer interactions, and Quotations.
• Submit lost sales reports on a timely basis; weekly submission to the manager.
