About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Construction Foreman to join a dynamic site team for a major project located in Swords, Co. Dublin. The successful candidate will oversee all on-site operations, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of construction activities to the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

This is a key leadership position requiring strong construction knowledge, hands-on site management experience, and the ability to coordinate teams and subcontractors effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all daily on-site activities.
• Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure work is carried out safely, on time, and to specification.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings.
• Monitor progress and report regularly to the Site Manager or Project Manager.
• Address and resolve site issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Foreman or Site Supervisor role.
• Proven track record on residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and site procedures.
• Ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
• CSCS Supervisor or Foreman ticket (desirable).
• Base Salary: €65,000 per annum
• Benefits Package: €20,000 including:
