Job summary

Atlas Structural Systems is seeking a diligent Sales/Operations Coordinator to support our Eastern Canada and US construction projects. You will create and log quotes and orders, manage customer information in our system, and prepare site packages for customers.

You will coordinate paperwork with the EWP order picker, follow up on quotes, and ensure deadlines for production and picking are met, while leveraging your experience with drafting or estimating software.

Qualifications

• High school or college diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a sales position.
• Construction experience is an asset.
• Customer service experience is an asset.
• Able to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Strong communication, detail orientation, and organization.
• Capable of managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Experience using engineering, estimating, or drafting software.

Responsibilities

• Create and log all quotes and orders.
• Gather and manage customer information in the management system.
• Coordinate paperwork and files to EWP order picker.
• Prepare all site packages and information for customers.
• Follow up on previously quoted projects.
• Prepare simple quotations for customers (stock trusses or EWP).
• Manage undersigned orders to meet deadlines for picking and/or production.
• Assist in logistics and provide back-up when necessary.
