Job summary

Price Industries in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada is seeking an organized Estimator and Quotation Coordinator to manage the end-to-end quoting process for our customers. You will ensure quotes are accurate, professional, and delivered on time, while collaborating with sales, estimating, and operations.

You will also prepare and, on occasion, present quotes directly to clients, reconcile pricing in our ERP, and support RFP/bid responses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a coordination, estimating, sales support, or administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple quotes and deadlines.
• Comfortable with pricing, numbers, and detailed specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confidence presenting to customers.
• Proficiency with CRM/quoting software and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage the full quote pipeline to meet deadlines.
• Assist in building quotes from BOMs and engineering specs with sales/technical teams.
• Review quotes for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up with stakeholders to move quotes forward and resolve bottlenecks.

Job Overview:

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Estimator and Quotation Coordinator to manage the end-to-end quoting process for our customers. In this role, you'll ensure quotes are accurate, professional, and delivered on time, while also helping to prepare and, on occasion, present them directly to clients. You'll be the connective tissue between sales, estimating, and operations — keeping every quote moving smoothly from request to delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Track and manage the full quote pipeline, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
• Assist in preparing and building quotes from bills of materials (BOMs) and engineering specifications, working closely with sales and technical teams to gather accurate pricing
• Review quotes for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before they go out
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to keep quotes moving and resolve bottlenecks
• Enter and reconcile pricing data in our ERP system, and maintain organized records of quotes, revisions, and customer communications
• Occasionally present quotes and proposals directly to customers, answering questions and walking through details
• Support formal RFP/bid response preparation as needed, and identify opportunities to improve the quoting process, templates, and turnaround times
• Coordinate with sales to understand customer priorities and deadlines

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a coordination, estimating, sales support, or administrative role (industry experience a plus)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple quotes and deadlines simultaneously
• Comfortable working with pricing, numbers, and detailed specifications
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence presenting information to customers when needed
