Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain construction project documentation, records, and files.
  • Assist with contracts, purchase orders, change orders, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Communicate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members.
  • Track project schedules, outstanding items, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Assist with permit, drawing, and consultant documentation.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting notes, and project updates.
  • Maintain organized records of drawings, contracts, quotations, invoices, and other project documents.
  • Follow up with trades, consultants, and suppliers as required.
  • Support project managers with day-to-day project administration.
  • Assist with general construction office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Prioritize and organize daily, weekly, and monthly office and company tasks, objectives, and deadlines.
  • Monitor progress on assigned tasks and company goals, ensuring appropriate follow-up and timely completion.
  • Manage competing priorities effectively through strong time management and organization.

Toronique is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administration Coordinator to join our team in Toronto. This is a full-time, in-office position focused on the administrative and coordination side of construction projects. This is not a site-based role.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain construction project documentation, records, and files

  • Experience with residential construction or development is considered an asset.
