Job summary

Generis is seeking a Conference Production Coordinator to shape compelling agendas and recruit high-level speakers for our leading B2B summits. You’ll be the main onsite contact, ensuring sessions run smoothly and attendees have a seamless experience.

This role emphasizes research-driven topic curation, strong outreach, and fast-paced collaboration with senior executives. The position requires superb communication, meticulous organization and the ability to travel to the U.S.

• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.
• Excellent project coordination and time-management skills.
• Strong business acumen and interest in industry trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven approach.
• Previous events, conferences or B2B experience is an asset.
• A valid passport and the ability to travel to the U.S. (up to five times per year).

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing market research to stay up to date on industry hot topics and trends.
• Develop a contact list of potential speakers appropriate for the conference program.
• Create a coherent, commercially driven agenda outline that addresses industry challenges and topics.
• Proactively reach out to industry leaders to invite them to speak.
• Support the delegate and sponsorship sales campaigns.
• Oversee agenda content and copy edits.
• Maintain speaker recruitment targets and meet weekly deadlines.
• Greet speakers onsite and ensure a seamless experience.
• Coordinate with AV service providers for session logistics.
• Conduct post-presentation interviews with speakers for content development.
