We are seeking a Property Manager for a high-rise residential condominium at Yonge and Dundas.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Implement policies and directives within the management agreement and Condo Act. Collaborate with the board on strategic initiatives, policy governance, and building projects.
• Prepare schedules and prioritize routine and special projects.
• Prepare annual budgets.
• Administer community functions within the approved operating budget.
• Act as liaison between the Board and residents, addressing grievances and executing policies.
• Coordinate with legal counsel and Board Advisory Committees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• General License to manage condominiums in Ontario.
• RCM Designation is a plus.
• Proficiency in business correspondence, conflict resolution, and time management.
• Strong financial background.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience, including condominium management.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
