Position Overview

We are seeking a Property Manager for a Residential Condominium in Mississauga (Square One).

Responsibilities

1. Implement policies and directives within management agreements and the Condo Act, working with the board on strategic initiatives, policy governance, and building projects.
2. Prepare schedules and prioritize work projects.
3. Prepare annual budgets.
4. Administer community functions within the approved budget.
5. Act as liaison between the Board and residents, addressing grievances and executing policies.
6. Coordinate with legal counsel and Board Advisory Committees.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• General License to manage condominiums in Ontario.
• RCM Designation is an asset.
• Proficient in business correspondence, conflict resolution, and time management.
• Strong financial background.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including condominium management.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
