About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager for a high-rise residential condominium located at Yonge and Dundas. The successful candidate will oversee community management, liaise with residents and the board, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement management policies and directives within the scope of the management agreement and the Condo Act.
• Collaborate with the board on strategic initiatives, policies, and building projects.
• Prepare schedules, prioritize work projects, and manage the annual budget.
• Administer community functions within budgetary constraints.
• Serve as a liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, legal counsel, and committees.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• General License to manage condominiums in Ontario.
• RCM Designation is an asset.
• Proficient in business correspondence, conflict resolution, and time management.
• At least 3 years of relevant condominium management experience.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
