Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Concierge for The Barrieview Retirement Community in Barrie, Ontario. This permanent part-time role involves building relationships with residents and visitors, delivering personalized support, and contributing to a warm, welcoming environment.

You will greet guests, assist with daily needs, manage records, and support administrative tasks as part of a dedicated team committed to dignity and comfort for seniors.

Qualifications

• Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families and visitors and provide personalized assistance.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with light administrative duties.
• Deliver warm, high-quality customer service and address inquiries.
• Assist with mini-tours and orient guests to the community.
• Support team to ensure residents live fulfilling days.

Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

What you need to know:

• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
