Job summary

Regal Security Inc. in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a part-time Concierge Security Guard. You will be the front-line representative, providing personalized customer service and safety for our clients while supporting site teams.

Open shifts include mornings, afternoons, overnights, weekends and holidays. Candidates must hold a valid Ontario Security License, First Aid/CPR, WHMIS, and a high school diploma or higher, with strong English communication and reliable judgment.

Qualifications

• Ontario security license required.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• WHMIS certification.
• High school diploma or higher; CJ or business post-secondary preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer programs (Office, Gmail).

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding and personalized customer service as a front line representative.
• Act as day-to-day point of contact for client and field staff inquiries.
• Supervise site staff to ensure standards in uniforming, training, and procedures.
• Enforce property rules and safety protocols; oversee trespass enforcement.
• Conduct walking patrols and inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Respond to major incidents and assist staff in fire, medical, or security situations.
• Complete safety and emergency drills and review post orders for sites.
