Job summary

FirstService Residential Canada is seeking a Security Concierge to assist residents with information and services. You will be self-motivated, outgoing, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

The role involves shifting schedules (minimum two shifts per week) across multiple locations in Southern Ontario, including Mississauga; compensation is $17.70 per hour. This position requires a valid Ontario Security License and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Ontario Security License.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; college courses in related fields are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and clarifies residents’ needs and desires, answers questions, provides directions and instructions.
• Remains calm under pressure and acts quickly while maintaining professionalism.
• Manages and screens messages and schedules access for vendors within units.
• Ensures guest privacy and protects client assets by following confidentiality practices.
• Performs routine property patrols and responds to emergencies and fire alarms.
• Enforces client rules and assists police and medical staff when required.
