Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Concierge for Aspira Bartlett Oshawa 55+ Lifestyle Apartments in Oshawa, Ontario. The role focuses on building relationships with residents and providing personalized assistance to ensure comfort, dignity, and respect in daily living.

You will greet visitors, support with tours, document issues, and work with team members to uphold a warm, welcoming home for seniors. Ontario work eligibility and clearances apply.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering warm, high-quality customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Strong problem-solving and complaint-resolution skills.
• Accurate documentation of issues and appropriate escalation when needed.

As a Concierge, you'll cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles. Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.

What You Need To Know

• You must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
• You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
• All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Records Check. Applicable to British Columbia applicants
