Aspira Hygate Waterloo Retirement Living is seeking a Concierge to welcome residents, families and visitors with warmth and professionalism. You will build strong relationships, provide personalized assistance, and support daily operations in a fast-paced retirement setting.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit.
• Must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check.
• All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Records Check.

Responsibilities

As a Concierge, you'll cultivate a profound understanding of our residents and their unique lifestyles. Building rapport with residents, their families, and visitors, you'll offer personalized assistance, ensuring everyone feels esteemed and assisted during their time with us. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day.
