Job summary

Hunted International is seeking dependable CNC Machine Operators to join its production team in Canada. Ideal candidates have at least one year of machine operating experience, can follow production instructions, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC machinery, loading materials, and performing routine quality checks. Ability to work independently or on a team, with available shifts and quick start dates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of machine operating or related manufacturing experience.
• Strong CNC machine operating experience preferred.
• Comfortable with hand and basic power tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Available to begin on short notice.

The company is looking to hire quickly and may expand the team further as operational needs develop.

Responsibilities

Schedule

Candidates must be available for either:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Afternoon/Night Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Shift availability should be discussed during the screening process.

Pay range and compensation package

• Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour, with flexibility for strong candidates
• Compensation: $18.00–$22.00 per hour
• Compensation may be flexible for candidates who bring stronger CNC, manufacturing, or mechanical experience.

Hunted is looking to hire 2 Machine Operators immediately, with the potential to add another 2–6 employees as staffing requirements develop. Qualified candidates should be available to interview and potentially start as early as next week.
