Your daily tasks with us

• Conduct financial analyses to support divisions in their operations;
• Implement performance indicators and ensure their monitoring;
• Establish cost prices for various products and monitor them;
• Collaborate with the sales team on pricing strategies;
• Assist with monthly closing activities, including accounting treatments and variance analysis;
• Participate in year-end audit preparations and annual budget development for specific sections;
• Work with the team on accountability reporting;
• Perform other related responsibilities.

Your background

• University degree in accounting or administration;
• CPA designation is an asset;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing;
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes;
• High proficiency in Excel;
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support the team;
• Good prioritization skills;
• Autonomy, teamwork spirit, and sense of responsibility;
• Knowledge of SME realities;
• Proficiency in MS Office suite;
• Bilingualism: excellent communication skills in French and English, both oral and written, to support colleagues worldwide.
