Job summary

Concord Hospitality in Calgary seeks a Complex General Manager with high-energy, boutique, lifestyle or full-service hotel experience to lead a multi-property team and deliver unforgettable moments for guests.

You will hire and motivate a winning management team, partner with the hotel brand and owners, drive revenue and market share, manage budgets and costs, and serve as the face of the brand in the local community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-service hotel experience with strong F&B skills.
• Urban, luxury or lifestyle experience.
• Ability to manage and lead department heads.
• Marriott experience preferred.
• Strong local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of revenue and market share improvements.

We are seeking Candidates with the following:

• Urban, luxury or lifestyle experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Full Service Hotel Experience, with strong skills in F&B.
• Ability to manage, drive and lead a team of department heads.
• Marriott experience preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of revenue and market share improvements/results.
• Excellent ability to network in a city through relationships and serving as face of hotel.
• Interest in joining a very progressive company.
• Proven experience leading teams to success.
• Out-of-the box thinking and creativity in providing memorable service to our guests.
• Superior profit driving skills and ability to manage a budget and control costs
