AgeCare is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) for AgeCare Trilogy in Scarborough, ON. This regular, part-time role (0.40 FTE) delivers compassionate resident care according to care plans and supports a safe, respectful living environment.

You will monitor care, document updates, attend in-service sessions, support onboarding of new staff, and follow IPAC protocols. Graduates of PSW programs meeting provincial standards are encouraged to apply; competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• PSW certificate/diploma required.
• Meets vocational standards by the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities.
• Meets standards by the National Association of Career Colleges.
• Meets standards by the Ontario Community Support Association.

Responsibilities

• Monitor care per the established plan and report findings to the supervisor.
• Document information pertaining to resident care as directed.
• Attend in-service education sessions, staff meetings, and workshops.
• Assist in onboarding of new staff as directed.
• Follow IPAC policies and procedures.
