Qualifications

• Graduate of Personal Support Worker program.
• Knowledge of basic sanitation and bedside care.
• Familiar with IPAC policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring residents according to care plans and report findings to supervisor.
• Assist in documenting resident care information as directed.
• Attend in-service education, staff meetings, and workshops as directed.
• Assist in onboarding new staff as directed.
